(plus you test it out by trying to contact them before signing up) .. Hostgator is one host I have setup maybe 300 websites on over the years and I have never had trouble that was not resolved in more than a few minutes. You just click live help and you're talking to tech support .. no long waiting in line times before you get helped either .. you normally dont have to wait more than a minute or two at the most before you're helped. yeah I never recommend a host that does not have live chat on their website. My friend in college had his site hosted with them. He recorded his own music as a hobby. They would always pull down his MP3s of his own music because they said they didn't allow them because they could be pirated... Are you kidding me?
