It was an improper treatment on the part of the airliner committed against you. I guess its better to lodge a compensation case against AA.

I think that was a unfortunate experience to happen to you! I can’t believe that they told you after all that, that they reinstated the flight. Could you have switched to the flight and then gotten your money back from the other airline? It shouldn’t have happened in the first place, but I’m glad that the press got a hold of you. Hopefully, this will not happen again to anyone. what you say ??

That’s good news dude, it seems that is the way of the world at the moment. In the UK this week, the third biggest holiday package airline went bust and left thousands of people stranded in their resorts. With the banks closing all over, the financial squeeze will be felt for a long time to come.

I can’t think that they have told you after all that, that they restored the flight. Could you have switched to the flight and then got the money back from the other airline? It wouldn’t have happened in the first place. Hopefully, this will not happen again to anyone.
