I can do this for you as well if you havn’t got the ball rolling allready. I’ve lost track of the amount of phpBB mods, customizations and full themes i’ve done.

However i’ll go one step further then Dollars Blog and say you should really lash out with a few dollars and get vBulletin. It’s basically the industry standard when it comes to BBS systems, and it’s a very stable and powerful platform.

You should think of doing SMF forum instead. They are extremeley SEO friendly, and free just like phpBB. Much better looking too.
